He knew exactly what he was talking about, he knew what questions to ask and even ask to send photos of the situation to assess the issue immediately. They were there the next morning and stayed until the job was completed. The technician Brian, was courteous, clean (concerned about work area), and very attentive to the details of installing the new unit paying attention to the codes to installation. Justin was totally knowledgeable, and at no point did anyone in that company act like they were doing me a favor by taking my money. Work looks exceptional as well.
